why i do it

Can I let you in on a personal secret?

I’ve also felt the disruptive impact of stress firsthand.

I spent two years operating under extreme professional pressure, unable to say 'no,' resulting in simultaneously juggling over 20 training and coaching groups—a perfect recipe for burnout.

Despite having deep professional knowledge, I personally confronted a fierce battle with burnout.

This experience was my catalyst to move from theory to brain-based action.

I actively integrated neuroscience principles into my daily life, turning my book smarts into genuine life smarts.

Now, I use that firsthand transformation to coach and train others.
