My background

As a Jungian coach I have aquired ACC credential at International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I am the first trauma-informed coach in Hungary certified by ICF.

I have been in the leadership training industry for 15 years as a founder and CEO of a successful communication training company.

My methodology

I put the psyche’s desires at the heart of my coaching. This approach helps my clients feel reconnected to their life’s purpose which has a long-term transformative effect on their wellbeing and performance.

By directing energy in a positive way focusing on strengths and working towards solutions, my clients feel motivated and energised.

 

My journey

I understand the challenges smart and sensitive high-achievers face, because I am one too. I have struggled with insecurity, imposter syndrome, and with the feeling of not being enough.

But I have also learned how to balance my thoughts and feelings, my masculine and feminine side, and how to leverage my strenghts productively.

Is coaching for me?

Coaching is best suited for those looking for hands-on support to improve their leadership performance and mindset. My coaching will challenge you to reframe your thoughts and change your actions. It requires courage to try new things, and put the inner work to achieve results.

You focus on self-awareness.
Is it like therapy?

No, it is not. I don’t diagnose or treat or do any therapeutic work. My coaching is not psychotherapy in disguise. Here are some key ways how to distinguish coaching from therapy: 

You are a trauma-informed coach.
What does it mean?

As a trauma-informed coach I, like other ICF certified professionals, partner with clients in thought-provoking and creative processes to maximize both personal and professional potential. However, on top of this I have an understanding what trauma is and how it affects the body and the brain. I am also able to respond when it shows up in the coaching session and take the trauma head on, while most coaches tend to skirt the topic as it makes them feel uncomfortable and out of their scope. As a trauma-informed coach I am very clear about the boundaries between therapy and coaching. I am able to avoid getting drawn to areas that are not appropriate in coaching sessions and I leave diagnosing and treating to clinicians.

Are the sessions online or in-person?

I serve clients around the world, so I usually offer online sessions via Zoom, but with Hungarian clients it is upon mutual agreement.

What if I want my company to pay for coaching?
